Q. How do I place an order?
A. Orders are taken on a pre-order basis through the website.
Our cookies are baked fresh to order and delivered locally in the GTA.
A minimum of 3 days’ notice is needed to provide adequate time for sourcing ingredients, baking, packaging and delivery with the appropriate care.
Kindly indicate your preferred delivery date in the Special Instructions box during checkout.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. Delivery is available across Toronto, including Mississauga, Newmarket and Pickering.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to all orders within the GTA, including Mississauga, Newmarket and Pickering.
Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A. Local delivery is available daily, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery. If nobody is home, your order will be left at the door. A delivery confirmation will be sent immediately for your records.
Q. What if I'd like to order cookies in a quantity greater than 12 in a box?
A. For bulk or special orders, kindly contact Moonbeams + Marigolds directly.

Q. What is the shelf life of your cookies? How should I store them?
A. MOONBEAMS + MARIGOLDS cookies are made from scratch, without artificial preservatives. Our cookies are best enjoyed immediately.
Amaretti are best enjoyed within 3-4 days from delivery. If storing amaretti at room temperature, please keep them in an air tight container.
If storing cookie paintings and butter cookies, keep in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within 3 weeks.
If storing chocolate chip cookies, keep in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within 3-4 days.
Q. What do you use to paint your cookie paintings?
A. MOONBEAMS + MARIGOLDS creates the pigments for our cookie paintings by combining clear vanilla extract with gluten-free gel food colouring. The edible pigment is then applied to each cookie's royal icing surface with food-safe brushes.

MOONBEAMS + MARIGOLDS cookies are handcrafted in a shared commercial kitchen environment. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, products may come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, seafood, and other allergens.
