Q. How do I place an order?
A. Orders are taken on a pre-order basis through the website.
Our cookies are baked fresh to order and delivered locally in the GTA.
A minimum of 3 days’ notice is needed to provide adequate time for sourcing ingredients, baking, packaging and delivery with the appropriate care.
Kindly indicate your preferred delivery date in the Special Instructions box during checkout.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. Delivery is available across Toronto, including Mississauga, Newmarket and Pickering.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to all orders within the GTA, including Mississauga, Newmarket and Pickering.
Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A. Local delivery is available daily, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery. If nobody is home, your order will be left at the door. A delivery confirmation will be sent immediately for your records. All sales are final.
Q. I live outside your delivery radius. Can I still order cookies?
A. Yes. MOONBEAMS + MARIGOLDS ships Canada-wide for a flat shipping fee of $10.
Q. What if I'd like to order cookies in a quantity greater than 12 in a box?
A. For bulk or special orders, kindly contact Moonbeams + Marigolds directly.

Q. What is the shelf life of your cookies? How should I store them?
A. MOONBEAMS + MARIGOLDS cookies are made from scratch, without artificial preservatives. Our cookies are best enjoyed immediately.
If storing amaretti, our heat-sealed pouches will maintain the amaretti's freshness for up to 7 days. Once open, enjoy within 3-4 days. Reseal zipper-lock tightly after each use for best texture. Gift-boxed amaretti are best enjoyed immediately or within 3 days.
If storing sugar cookies, keep in an airtight container at room temperature. Consume within 3 weeks.
If storing chocolate chip cookies, keep in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within 1 week. These cookies freeze well in a double layered freezer bag for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature.

MOONBEAMS + MARIGOLDS cookies are handcrafted in a shared commercial kitchen environment. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, products may come into contact with tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, seafood, and other allergens.
